Tension

What is your tension? Your identification with all kinds of thoughts, fears, death, the dollar going down, all kinds of fears are there. Tension affects your body and mind also. Your body also becomes tense, because body and mind are not different. Body mind is single system, so the mind becomes tense, the body becomes tense. Do you know? Because of tension what are the bad changes happening in our body. The tension will induce more hormones and enzymes in our body and it are very much lethal for our health. We are just spoiling our health by getting more tension.  Is there any benefits are there.

Nothing is going to happen just because of tension. Just stand aside of the problem and think a moment that why I should get tension. What is going to happen because of this?
