Exercise



Exercise is an important activity in our life. It is equal to sleeping. Sleeping every day is important.  Sleeping is a process which makes our body and mind become rest. Exercise is a process to make our body and mind to be more active. Do we think a moment on exercise every day? 

Regular exercise really helps to protect you from heart diseases, blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, back pain and can improve your mood and help you to better manage stress.

In this modern world all are automated. Humans are not sticking into any physical activity to make their body in a controlled fashion. Especially, IT professionals are sitting in front of computer for such a long time without any physical activity. It is actually lethal to our body. The mortality has been reduced compared to past for human because of the above mentioned reasons. 

Cardiovascular disease, obesity related diseases are happening because of lack of awareness on exercise. Just half an hour exercise will make your life happy without getting any disease. Aware of this and spend some time on a regular basis to get more fitness. Then your body and mind will do whatever you say. A moderate-intensity physical activity a day will help lot to make our body more fit.
