It could be anger, fear, lust or anything which is unexpressed in your conscious mind or in reality. So our unconscious mind is all about us. While we are sleeping our sub-conscious mind is still working. And all what is suppressed deep inside in your mind try to erupt ...and this eruption is nothing but what we call ...Dream.

But for me, he is my best friend since whenever I feel lonely I like to wander thru its amazing greeneries, enjoy d rain while riding on my bike and looking at sparkling stars in night.

Tension

What is your tension? Your identification with all kinds of thoughts, fears, death, the dollar going down, all kinds of fears are there. Tension affects your body and mind also. Your body also becomes tense, because body and mind are not different. Body mind is single system, so the mind becomes tense, the body becomes tense. Do you know? Understandings and interpretations become subjective, as we try to conclude because conclusion involves synthesis of previous interpretations to form the conclusion. So, un-precise, precise are terms we use to express a certain idea, in a certain manner; and there is nothing wrong in that. But we must be careful not to bind ourselves to that specific instance of understanding, so that we can grow our understanding. Knowledge Management is a range of strategies and practices used to identify, create, represent, and distribute the knowledge which we possess. This is very much important in everyone's life.

Exercise is an important activity in our life. It is equal to sleeping. Sleeping every day is important.  Sleeping is a process which makes our body and mind become rest. Exercise is a process to make our body and mind to be more active. Do we think a moment on exercise every day?

Yes, mother is a beautiful word in English. Don’t imagine the word alone. It is beautiful if you think internally.  A mother knows what her child is in need. There is no need of words to express the need of a child. She knows everything about that and will prepare the same as she can. It is actually a miracle to find out by anybody else.

Dream only ends when the dreamer dies. He may not die physically but mentally. Dreams are like riders without it life is useless. A non dreamer is same as a dead man. Dreams sometime do have a tendency to wilt away. yes it’s true that u do feel deprived and see dead dreams but what good is life without having something to hope for, something to struggle for, something u will cherish? Yeah right it sounds pretty preachy, but hey that’s the truth, we have to hold onto our dreams. Dreams don’t die when, the reality sucks in, but they die when we stop, seeing them, when we stop believing them. And remember this that if today you are under the ground, tomorrow or maybe after that you definitely will come to the surface. IT’S THIS DREAM THAT KEEPS US ALL ALIVE! It’s not possible to fulfill every dream but the main thing is the fight to achieve it and an old dream give rise to a new.
