Sleeping


Sleeping is a very important process to provide rest for body and heath. Adequate sleep is required to make our health fit for our work. More than 8 hours sleep is mandatory for all humans; it may increase for children and old age people. The benefits of sleep impact nearly every area of daily life. While it may be important that sleep is beneficial, most person are not realising about the importance of sleep. Sleeping hours vary by individual. Studies show that people who get the appropriate sleep daily tend to live longer compared to others.

 If we avoid sleeping, then it will lead to more diseases soon. We are using our body and mind throughout the day for our studies and work. Adequate rest should be given for them to work on the next day. Improper sleeping for continuous days will result in psychiatrist disorders.  Sleeping early in the night and getting early is a good process to be brisk throughout the day. But most of us follow the process as vice versa. It is not really good for the health. To make our body to work as we want sleep well. Sleep helps keep your body healthy and reduces stress.

Mind and Meditation



What is meditation? Can you explain it one sentence. When the mind is without thought, it is meditation. We used to talk more about meditation. But most of us not aware what is meditation. Without this awareness how we can feel that. It is not possible. If we aware and thoughts disappear, it is meditation.

If thoughts disappear, and we become unaware, it is deep sleep. Most of us are in deep sleep. We have not tried to sweet the meditation. We will not like to come out from once we experienced the real happy of meditation.

Adventure Learning will happen only through meditation. An ordinary human may think that meditation is a worship or prayer. But it is not so. Meditation means awareness. Whatever you do with awareness it is meditation. Watching your breath is meditation. Many years ago meditation was considered something just for modern people, but now it become very popular with all types of persons. More scientific studies proved its benefits but still the understanding of mediation is very less among the people.

Meditation means remaining as relaxed like as deep sleep and yet alert. Keep awareness there, let thoughts disappear. But awareness should retain. And this is not difficult, it is just that we have not yet tried. If you try, you really feel that.

Thinking!!!

I was just wondering what would be the difference between ARTIFICIAL THINKING & NATURAL THINKING. What exactly the terms mean? Artificial thinking is simulation of Natural Thinking. I guess it’s the difference between a man and a machine. A man's thinking is natural where as a machine's thinking is artificial. Artificial thinking is what our mind doesn’t want to think and natural thinking is what our minds should think always.

Like you are watching a movie and there is a scene of heart breaking. You started thinking about your old first love which has not materialized. This is really an artificial thinking. Go for natural thinking that it happens in India and you should not care about that.

There is no artificial/natural thinking. All are same. Human being has got super complex algorithm to think and act. We call this natural thinking as because we are product of nature so the thinking is also natural. Machine thinking is based on our thinking how we wanted to make them think so its artificial. But in actual sense both are same and there is no difference.
